Our coaching support reflects Whitmore’s GROW model and focuses on providing both the support and accountability to align leader behavior with more positive outcomes. We subscribe to Tim Gallwey’s definition of coaching, “Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It’s helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” Our approach focuses first on self-awareness, staying fully present during our coaching time, using curiosity and vital questions and intentional listening to help our clients increase awareness and improve their leadership effectiveness.
